However, there appears to be a glaring misunderstanding in the hierarchy between Gameforge staff/volunteers and the players. This disconnect has resulted in players seeking assistance from individuals who lack the necessary authority or expertise to address their concerns, leaving them feeling powerless and frustrated in their attempts to find appropriate support within the team.
I strongly urge us to collaborate in improving the functionality of the Polish servers to deliver a top-tier gaming experience to our players. It's imperative to recognize that an enhanced gaming experience directly correlates with increased profits. After a thorough analysis, I've identified several concrete solutions that could significantly contribute to the overall development:
- Streamlined Communication Channels: Implementing direct and effective communication channels between the Polish player community and the Gameforge team would facilitate the reporting and resolution of issues.
- Specialized Polish Support Team: Establishing a dedicated team specifically trained to cater to the needs of Polish servers would ensure timely and efficient handling of server-related matters.

As of December 3rd, 2024, Server S51 has ceased functioning without any communication from the support team regarding efforts to resolve the issue. This lack of information has only added to the chaos among players, severely impacting their engagement with the game.
