1. Premium Account
The current premium account (7 / 14 / 90 days) will be changed. With the update you can choose between „royal consultant“ (7 days) and the „knight of round table“ (30 days). The features of the premium account will be still the same.
2. "peace treaty"
Short: 6h & 12h cooldown - 55 crowns
Medium: 12h & 24h cooldown - 75 crowns
Long: 1d & 2d cooldown - 115 crowns
The peace treaty is something like a noob protection. Nobody is able to attack you, but you also can not attack somebody else. If it´s activated all troops on the way will be recalled, tradings are not affected. Troops in an other settlement stays where they are but can be recalled.
3. „construction plans“
The construction plans are available in 6 different variants which are able to shorten buildings & troop research:
old plans - 5 minutes - 2 crowns
passable plans - 10 minutes - 5 crowns
good plans - 1h - 15 crowns

Total Points
The calculation of the points will now include your army size. This will not only increase the dynamics in the high score, but ensure that the total points are actually a true indicator of a player’s strength. Army points can roughly make up half of a player’s total points. Players will also receive a small amount of points per settlement. Just complete army points are shown, not detailed per settlement.
General Protection 1:10
Players with less than 10% of your own total points cannot be attacked. You can attack players who are more than 10 times your own size, but you will then lose the 1:10 protection for one week. Permanent protection will just be added to new server. Old server will get a limited time for it (60 days). Also the current server setting won´t be changed. If the server is on 1:20 protection atm it will stay as it is.
Newbie Protection Phase 1
New players are granted phase 1 newbie protection for the first 5 days. In this phase they cannot be attacked. This phase ends prematurely when the player decides to launch an attack himself.
Newbie Protection Phase 2
In the second phase that lasts for 30 days, the home town of a player may not be ennobled. Attack with Counts will have no effect on a home town. Any other town of that player may be ennobled. Trying to ennoble a player will cancel phase 2. You can however ennoble abandoned settlements.
Hideout Capacity Increase
The hideout storage capacity will be increased in the higher levels to make it a little bit more useful for very defensive players.

Resettlement

As part of the planned resettlement you will be able to move your settlement within the special range directly on the map (not possible to move to the noob area!). The complete settlement (buildings, res, troops) will be moved onto the chosen position.
After the resettlement you have to wait 48h till you can move an other settlement of your account. After the movement you won´t be able to attack others from the respective settlement, just support and trade missions are directly available.
Incoming attacks will reach the old position and return without a combat. Troops outside the village (e.g. on support missions) will be lost during the resettlement.
•hasty resettlement (140 crowns)
Same as planned resettlement with just one difference. You´re not able to chose the new position on the map; you have to chose the new area on the compass like it is with your first settlement. The range is limited with consideration of your points, thats why it´s also not possible to move to the noob area.

The spy system has been improved. Besides the normal attack method of a spy, there is now a special creeping attack function.
During a normal spy attack, spies can espy troops, resources, buildings and units outside of their own settlements in their opponents’ settlements. If spies are sent on a creeping attack, they can espy the expansion levels of the buildings as well as the troops within the opponent’s settlement. Whereas normal attacks are always visible, creeping attacks are always invisible to opponents.
As spies are especially careful when undertaking a creeping spy attack and they move especially slow, so as not to be discovered.
Information for calculating spy fights
During an attack on spies, at least 1 spy must survive, so that he can continue spying on opposing troops. If more than 50% survive, opposing resources can also be espied.
During a spy attack, the ratio between attacking and defending spies is measured just like a normal attack. Every surviving unit can recognise the expansion levels of a building with a chance of 1%. In a normal attack there is a 0.5% chance of recognising the number of troops outside. The more units survive, the higher the chance is of getting your desired information. At the end of the mission, all spies return home together.
During a creeping attack, your chance of success is 100% and no nightly bonus or morals are rewarded to the defender.
Another quick note for calculating with 1%. This does not mean, that 100 spies always recognise something. The calculation is as follows: a spies has a 99% chance of not recognising building levels.Thus 100 troops with 0.99 ^ 100 = 0.366 cannot see anything.Or, on the other hand, they have a 63,4% chance that they will be able to see the building levels.

VOP jsou doplněny následujícími herními pravidly. V případě rozporu mezi herními pravidly a VOP platí ve všech případech ustanovení VOP.
Následující body se vztahují ke všem herním světům. Pokud si myslíte, že jste byli zablokováni neprávem, kontaktujte příslušného Game Operátora prostřednictvím ticket systému.
Uvědomte si prosím, že stížnosti a požadavky týkající se konkrétních účtů mohou být z důvodu ochrany osobních údajů řešeny pouze s oprávněným majitelem účtu.
Každý hráč se na KingsAge může registrovat vícekrát, ale na jednom světě může vlastnit pouze jeden herní účet.
Přístup k účtu má pouze jeho vlastník. Není povoleno takzvané „zastupování na účtu“ nebo „sdílení účtu“, při kterém účet používá jeho vlastník a několik dalších uživatelů.
Jediný způsob, jak se nechat zastupovat na účtu, je prostřednictvím „zástupu v nepřítomnosti“ – prémiové funkce. Neprémioví hráči mohou jako alternativu této funkce zastupování použít mód dovolené.
Prozrazování hesel je taktéž zakázáno.
Pokud chcete převést účet na jiného hráče, tak o tom musí být informována podpora a musíte požádat o souhlas. Na převod účtu není žádný právní nárok. Předání účtu je možné jen jako celku, jednotlivé světy není možné předat. Prosím pozor, "Koruny" jsou spojené s daným účtem. Zůstávají na převáděném účtu a může je použít nový majitel.
Hra sama nabízí funkci "Sdílené připojení k internetu", kterou najdete pod "Sdílené připojení k internetu" v profilu. Tuto funkci musíte použít, pokud víte, že stejnou síť nebo stejný počítač používají další hráči na stejném světě. Stejná síť může být mimo jiné škola, univerzita, studentská kolej nebo práce.
Pokud chcete předejít případnému zablokování, měli by jste informovat podporu než začnete hrát na cizí síti. Při každém provinění proti funkci "Sdílené připojení k internetu", vyhrazuje si Team možnost dočasné nebo trvalé blokace.
Není povoleno používat slabší účet k vlastnímu obohacování (např. formou předávání surovin)
Bug je chyba ve hře, díky které může získat hráč nefér výhodu. Není povoleno takových bugů využívat. Pokud se stanete obětí takového bugu, musíte to bezodkladně hlásit Game operátorovi.
Dodržujte prosím Všeobecné podmínky používání: 5. Zvláštní podmínky pro používání online her a všechny podbody od 5.1 do 5.7.
Mezi nástroji jsou výjimky, které jsou povolené. Seznam povolenách skriptů je možné najít na fóru.
Pokud máte nějaký nástroj a nevíte, zda je povolený nebo ne, kontaktujte prosím Support a pošlete jim příslušný skript.
Také pokud sami napíšete nějaký skript, musíte se před zveřejněním zeptat podpory hry, zda je povolený.

Gameforge si vyhrazuje zablokovat hráče, který hraje z cizí země a který neovládá příslušný jazyk.
To se týká nejen hry, ale i oficiálního fóra a IRC kanálu.
Je zakázané používat pro pojmenování hráče, osad a aliancí znaky, které se nenacházejí na standardní české, popř. slovenské, klávesnici.
To se týká také:
Zpráv ve hře, aliančních stránek a hromadných zpráv.
Mějte prosím na paměti, že jakékoliv nevhodné chování ve hře, fóru nebo na IRC může vést k dočasné nebo trvalé blokaci vašeho účtu.
Je zakázané rozšiřovat nemorální obsah, který narušuje mravní integritu jiné osoby. Morální hranice mezi hráči hlídá a kontroluje herní tým. Nevhodný obsah může být cenzurován a odpovídající herní účty můžou být dočasně nebo trvale zablokovány.

Every player can register for KingsAge several times, but can only own one game account per world.
1.1. Access to the account, account sitting & account sharing
Only the owner has access to the account. So-called "sitting" or "account sharing", in which the account is played by the registered player as well as other people, is not allowed.
The only way you can let your account be sitted is by the "holiday replacement" premium feature. Non-premium players can use sleep mode as an alternative for the replacement function.
Passing on passwords is not permitted.
1.2. Account transfer
If an account is passed onto another player, support has to be informed about it and support's approval has to be obtained. There is no legal claim to an account transference. A transfer can only occur completely, individual worlds cannot be transferred. Please note that 'Crowns' are bound to an account. Thus they stay on the transferred account and can only be used by the new owner of the account.
2. Sharing internet connections
The game has a 'Share internet connection' function that is displayed in the profile under the same description. This function must be used by every person who knowingly uses the same network or the same computer as another player in the same world. Examples of shared networks are school networks, universities or work places.
To prevent a ban, support should be informed before you play on a foreign network.
Any violations against the 'Share internet connection' function can result in temporary or permanent bans.
3. Pushing
It is not permitted to use a weaker account for your own advantage (e.g. in form of a resource yield)
4. Bugusing
A bug is an in-game error which could create unfair advantages for certain players. You cannot take advantage of these bugs. Should you become the victim of a bug, it is imperative that you notify a Game Operator.
5. Bots and scripts
Please take note of the terms and conditions, item 5: 'Special terms and conditions for the use of online games' and all subsections from 5.1 to 5.7.
There are certain tools that are allowed. A list of permissible scripts can be found in the forum.
Should you be unsure whether a tool that you have is permissible or not, please contact support and send them the script.
If you have written your own script, please contact game support and ask if it is allowed before publishing it.
6. Contents
Insults, abuse, and all offensive messages are forbidden and anyone sending such messages will be punished.
Threats are only permissible if they relate exclusively to the game and have absolutely no connection to any other platform or to the private life of any players. Political, racial, pornographic or other illegal expression is not allowed on any KingsAge-related platform.
Gameforge reserves the right to block any player who does not understand or cannot express himself in the language of the domain on which he plays.
This applies as much to the game as it does to the official forum and the IRC channel.
These rules also apply to:
In-game messages, alliance pages and circular mail.
Please bear in mind that any misbehaviour in the game, in the forum, or on IRC can result in the temporary or permanent blocking of your account.
It is absolutely forbidden to spread immoral content in order to insult the integrity of a player or person. In-game moral boundaries are preserved and defended by the game team. Certain content may be censored, and the corresponding accounts temporarily or permanently blocked.

• You are allowed to extort resources from other players.
• You are not allowed to blackmail players for 'Crowns' or other items that do not have anything to do with KingsAge's free offers.

• You are not allowed to divulge political, racist or pornographic ideas in the game. This includes, for example, the player profile, alliance profile, nicknames and settlement names.

• Every player that insults others in the forum or in the IRC chat runs the risk of being banned in the game.

Any attempt to impede a player's view which prevents said player from normal play is not permitted.
