    Hear ye, hear ye! We have news for all players, as KingsAge will soon be integrated into our **browser games lobby**. You’ll then find the game in our easy-to-use browser games lobby, alongside other Gameforge browser titles like Ikariam, OGame etc.


    Existing players can continue playing as usual, while new players can get access to a KingsAge server much more easily.

    The browser game lobby migration will take place during our server maintenance on 22.10.2024. Afterwards the game will only be accessible via the lobby. Read our FAQ for more details.


    New: Name Feature

    The lobby integration will also introduce a new feature allowing you to ensure you get your desired name. In order to use the new feature, you need to add 5 names via the Add Preferred Names menu. You will get one of these names if they are available; if none are available, then you will receive a random name and have the option to change your name for free.


    Lobby FAQ

    Naming clarification:


    • Game accounts: Until now we’ve been calling your game roundsaccounts’, but from now on we clarify that by calling them game accounts. This way it is more distinct and helps to differentiate between your game accounts and your lobby account.
    • Lobby account: The lobby account is your main account to log into the lobby and from there into all your game accounts. Keep your lobby account credentials secure and do not share them. This account gives you access to all other browser games in the lobby.

    What is the lobby?

    The lobby is our new account management frontend. It’s as simple as that!


    Can I still log in with my name?

    No, before the lobby becomes available to you, we will change the login process. To access your game accounts you will have to log in with your email address.


    Will there be another way to log in if I only have 1 game account?

    No, from now on the lobby will be the only way to log in to access your game accounts.


    How will the lobby gather all my KingsAge accounts?

    Once this version is implemented, all your existing KingsAge accounts with the same email address and the same password will be automatically merged into a single lobby account.


    How do I merge other game accounts into my lobby account?

    If you have multiple game accounts with the same email address and different passwords, you will create a lobby account with the first game account that you use to log in. When the lobby detects that there are multiple game accounts with the same email address, but different passwords, the lobby will prompt you about it (a blue ribbon will appear). You will need to click this blue ribbon, after which you will receive a confirmation email. By following the instructions in the email you can link the remaining game accounts to your lobby account.


    I have a lobby/game account with a different email address. Can I add it to my existing lobby account?

    If you have an existing lobby account, you can link all of your game accounts to it.

    If you have multiple game accounts with different email addresses and no lobby account, you can also link them to a single lobby account.

    If you have two lobby accounts you CANNOT merge them together.


    You must do this BEFORE attempting to log into any of your game accounts.

    1. Log into your lobby account OR – if you don’t have one yet – with your PREFERRED email address

    2. Click on ‘My account’ in the top-right corner

    3. Click on ‘Add account’

    4. Enter the email address and password of the game accounts that do not yet have a lobby account

    5. Click on ‘Save’

    You will receive a confirmation message that your accounts have been linked successfully.

    You must follow these steps for all accounts that you want to link to your lobby account.

    Alternatively, you can also log into the game accounts before the lobby version goes live and change all your different email addresses to the same one. This will ensure that you have one lobby account for all your game accounts.


    I am using different email addresses for all my game accounts on the same server. What can I do to prepare for the lobby in that case?

    Unfortunately, if you are using one server for your game accounts, you cannot change them to have the same email address. You will have to wait for the lobby version to be implemented and then follow the steps described in the previous question.

    Will the lobby only merge my game accounts within one community?

    No, it will gather all of your existing game accounts from all KingsAge communities in all languages that have the same email address and the same password.


    What language will my lobby account have?

    Your lobby account does not need a language. The language of the lobby that will be displayed to you depends on the language of the community you are attempting to log in from. For example, if you open en.kingsage.gameforge.com, the lobby will be shown in English.


    Can I change the lobby language?

    Yes, you can. You can do so by opening a community with the language you want to use (for example, if you want Spanish, you just need to open es.kingsage.gameforge.com/).


    Where are my game accounts now?

    After you log into your lobby account, you’ll see the lobby start page, with two main buttons: ‘Play’ and ‘Last played’.

    The ‘Last played’ button takes you immediately into the world you played in last.

    Via the ‘Play’ button you will be directed to the game lobby itself and see the list of game accounts that you already have across all game communities. In this section, the following information will be shown for each game account:

    • Server number
    • Country flag
    • Number of players online
    • Server speed (inc. unit run time, night bonus, night bonus time, maximum travel distance of count, conquest protection)
    • Age of the server
    • Your nickname on the server
    • Rank
    • A button to start playing

    The game accounts list is sorted by activity, the most recently played being at the top.


    How do I register on a new server?

    Below the ‘Your accounts’ section you’ll find the ‘Start on a new server’ section where you can find the 4 newest servers. If you’d like to see a complete list, just click the ‘Show all’ button and you will also be able to change the language. Both lists contain the same information:

    • Server number
    • Country flag
    • Number of players online
    • Server speed (inc. unit run time, night bonus, night bonus time, maximum travel distance of count, conquest protection)
    • Age of the server
    • A button to start playing

    Can I simultaneously play in multiple game accounts from the same lobby account?

    Yes, you can. Each game account will be automatically opened in a new tab, keeping the lobby account open in the first tab.


    What can I do to prepare for the integration?

    In order to make sure that the integration of all your game accounts into the lobby goes smoothly, ensure that you validate your KingsAge lobby account.

    I just wanted the "owners" of the game to know that the players are against the measure of ratio forever

    There are players who create the village and never enter the game again and the village remains with 50 points forever and because of the ratio, we cannot conquer it

    What will happen to premium currency (Crowns)?
    Premium currency will no longer be global, but rather bound locally to each respective server. This also applies to future purchases of premium currency.

    Premium items will likewise no longer be global, but rather bound locally to each respective server. This also applies to future purchases of premium items.


    What happens to the premium contents I’ve already purchased?
    Any global premium currency already purchased and still available, as well as any existing premium items, will be removed from your account and the value will be reimbursed to you via email in the form of coupon codes. The coupon codes can then be activated on the KingsAge servers. Please note that any premium currency or premium items that have already been used will not be reimbursed.

    The coupon codes are valid for up to 60 days after receipt of the email. If you wish to redeem the coupons after the 60 days have elapsed, you will need to contact our Support team.

    The coupons can only be redeemed for KingsAge, not for other Gameforge games.


    Which email address will the coupon codes be sent to?
    The coupon codes will be sent to the email address which you registered for KingsAge with.


    I haven’t received an email with coupon codes. What do I do now?
    If you don’t receive an email with coupon codes on the day of the server maintenance, for example because you were inactive and hadn’t logged in over the last 30 days, you can contact our Support team at any time.
