Desde el 14/9/2019, en la UE y en los países de la AELC (Islandia, Noruega, Liechtenstein) se aplican a los métodos de pago basados en bancos (por ejemplo: tarjeta de crédito, transferencias en línea) nuevas normas relativas al proceso bancario de pagos en línea.
Estas nuevas normativas, acordadas por la UE en la llamada directiva PSD2, tienen entre otros el objetivo de ofrecerle al cliente pagos y banca en línea seguros, así como combatir activamente el fraude.
Con este fin, en el futuro será necesario ofrecer una autentificación del cliente más potente durante el proceso de pago.

Personally I think you could have just adapted your posting habits so it doesn't overlap, after all it would have literally just required not posting massively long sentences in the first 1 or 2 lines of your post

google chrome and only on android.
No problems with other browsers and with google chrome on my computer.
The message pops up on every page, even if I click on the button. I had to change browser
Not sure if the cookie handling in mobile browsers works any different than on normal browsers, but I'd assume it doesn't. If you have any app to clean your history or optimize your mobile phone's performance this might just simply delete the cookie?
Mobile isn't exactly the main focus there, so...acknowledged, but as long as it works fine in the desktop browser chances are we'll not do much about it, sorry.
